data-complex was founded 1999 by Thomas Horn in Halberstadt. After some years of success and experience in installing and wiring networks the idea of a contactless Patch Management System was born. In 2006 the RFID based algorithm called “Radio Frequency Localisation” has been patented. In the following years this technology was made ready for market and finally launched with the product .max in the beginning of 2010.
